The Country Village Kitchen Bin is situated directly in front of the entrance to the Comox Mall, and is easily recognizable. Inside you'll find an astounding assortment of various items, including mugs, glasses, cookery, miscellaneous collectables, spices, tea, and of course... coffee!! Kitbin was first purchased by Don Gates in 1989, and has been in business for over 20 years. Kitbin has also been a very popular stop for tourists, as they have the chance to bring home the finest coffee on the island, pure 100% Arabica beans, and have a chance to purchase a Comox t-shirt to show off. The shirts feature various local wildlife, and Native designs. Inside the store there are many mugs, glasses, and cups to choose from.
There is also a lot of cookery inside as well, including salt and pepper shakers, rolling pins, jars, cheese cutters, and many spices to spruce up your recipes with, and you can also get some tea to have at night. If you're craving for something to drink, you can grab one of five flavors of gourmet coffee at the coffee bar, and if you're not in a hurry you can sit down and relax for a few minutes. If you like a particular blend, go ahead and buy some more and have it freshly ground for you, so you can take it home with you.

A newer feature in the Kitchen Bin is the introduction of the Internet, where at a low cost, you can surf the net for an hour or however long you wish at 10 cents a minute. Also available at Kitbin is small print jobs which we can do for you at another small fee. We also cut keys!
